Return Policy Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with an item you received, you may return it according to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Original packaging and all tags must be included
  • Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or use
  • All accessories, components, and documentation must be included
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized, customized, or monogrammed items
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Digital products, downloadable content, or software
  • Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Items that cannot be resold due to health or safety reasons

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return request. You can reach us via email at support@asianalyse.com. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item.

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

After reviewing your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return shipping instructions. Please include the RA number with your return package. Returns sent without an RA number may be delayed or rejected.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Package the item securely in its original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and ship it to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package arrives safely and can be tracked.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item, a defective item, or damage that occurred during shipping). If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please ensure your return package is properly insured and tracked, especially for valuable items.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow the following processing times:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 7-14 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 5-7 business days after processing
  • Other Payment Methods: Processing times may vary

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item. We will process your return refund and your new order separately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Options may include:

  • Replacement of the item (if available)
  • Full refund of the purchase price
  • Partial refund if you choose to keep the item

Return shipping for damaged or defective items will be covered by us. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or payment method. Contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you have checked with your bank or payment provider and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order number and return details, and we will investigate the matter.
