Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. If reshipment is not arranged within 45 days, a refund may be issued minus the original shipping costs.

Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 10 days of the delivery date, and we will investigate the matter.
